Ms. Gwendolyn Poblete dreams to become a permanent resident of Canada to enjoy a quality life and to prepare a bright future for her daughter. She initially tried the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program but after a year of waiting in the pool, she lost hope that she be selected and thus, tried another approach - Stud Visa Pathway!
Imagine her sadness when her first application for study was rejected. But she did not give up. She filed another application but was rejected again. And no, she won't give up that easy. We then advised her to request for the Visa Officer notes (GMCS File) before filing another application.
After analyzing the case, we advise her to address the concerns of the Visa Officer - reasons why her application was refused. It includes justification why the need to study abroad instead of locally where it is less expensive, explanation about the funds and the rationale of the program she will taking in Canada.
She will be moving to Canada soon to start her class at Assiniboine Community College in Manitoba. After finishing the program, she will then apply for a Post Graduate Work Permit and from there look for a permanent and full time employment.
With education credentials from Canada, Canadian work experience and permanent full time employment, there is a great chance she will be a permanent resident. It is just a matter of time.
