As International Student Graduate in Atlantic Canada, you may apply for permanent residence in Canada even without work experience. A permanent and full time job offer is not required either. In most provinces, you need a permanent full time job offer and the job classification must either be NOA 0, A and B. In Atlantic Immigration Pilot, NOC Skill Level C is accepted!
