It took five years before Mr. Elpidio Aviles Jr. before he finally got his Permanent Resident Visa.  

He was still single when he hired the services of Canadian Immigration Consultancy to help him with intention to immigrate to Canada.  He is now married with one child and all of them will be moving to Canada soon!

 Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program

Mr. Aviles is a Registered Nurse. He was about to apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program but in the middle of completing his requirements, changes were made in the regulations.  Fortunately for him, his brother knows somebody in Manitoba who's willing to lend a hand.  He then applied under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (paper application).

If you are one of those dreaming to live and work in Canada and is about to give up, don't.  Don't be discouraged with the changes affecting your application.  Find ways to make it work for you.
