Rexdale Women's Centre


The Rexdale Women's Centre is an independent, not-for-profit, voluntary agency that serves high-need women and their family members residing in the Greater Toronto Area. It is the latese recipient of support from Government of Canada. Citizenship and Immigration Canada funds a number of programs that help newcomers settle, adapt and integrate into Canadian society.

Canada’s government announces support for Rexdale Women’s Centre in Toronto

Toronto, September 5, 2008 — The Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, today announced funding for the Rexdale Women’s Centre to deliver settlement and integration services to an estimated 1,100 newcomers in the community. [Source]
