Philippine Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) Travel Guidelines

The Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) published the 2023 Revised Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking Guidelines on Departure Formalities for International-Bound Filipino Passengers on August 18, 2023 in a newspaper of general circulation. This provide for the list of supporting documents that may be asked by an Immigration Officer from an international-bound Filipino passenger, depending on their declared purpose of travel.

Here's a simplified checklist for International Students, and their dependents, based on the new IACAT Guidelines which will take effect on September 3 2023. Please note that this checklist is for Philippine Immigration inspection purposes only and does not include documents that may be required at the port-of-entry in Canada.
