Canada is easing border measures for fully-vaccinated travelers who are eligible to enter Canada. As of July 5, 2021, fully vaccinated travelers to Canada who meet other mandatory requirements, including pre- and on-arrival testing, are no longer required to quarantine at home or stay at an authorized hotel.
To be considered fully vaccinated, a traveler must have received the full series of a vaccine — or combination of vaccines — accepted by the Government of Canada at least 14 days prior to entering Canada.

Currently, only the vaccines manufactured by the following are accepted by the Government of Canada:
- Pfizer
- Moderna
- AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD
- Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)
China's vaccine (SINOVAC), which is mostly used by developing countries, is not yet accepted by the Government of Canada.
