June 2011 Visa Bulletin is now out!
If you're one of those affected by the delay in processing for applicants filed under Ministerial Instruction 1 (MI-1), you have two options.
First, you may just wait until your application is reviewed (12 months from the time the visa office received your application) or second, write a letter to the visa office to voice out your protest. I suggest you do the second.
